What is the return policy?

There is a 100% Money Back Guarantee on the amount for the un-used, un-damaged painting kit. Shipping cost for returning the product is the customer's responsibility unless there was a product defect.

Can I request different colors?

As much as we would like to accommodate everyones' requests, our kit instructions are based on the pre-chosen palette.  Having said that, we encourage you as an artist to get creative and mix the colors to make the color palette your own.  

How long will the paints last in the paint pods?

Paints may last up to 4 months in optimal condition which include - paint pods being closed correctly and being stored in cool dry area.

Does the paint wash off of clothes or furniture?

This painting kits comes with water based acrylic paint and is permanent on clothing and most surfaces but will easily wash off your skin.   Each kit comes with a disposal apron. Please cover table top while painting.

How long does take to ship and what are the shipping cost?

It normally takes 1-2 days to fulfillment and normally arrives in 3 - 6 days.

Like many of you,  Corina, the founder of Craftatopia, felt completely stuck when she started her painting journey. She was overwhelmed by the idea of creating something perfect, and that pressure just made it harder to enjoy the process. Even though she had this desire to paint, the fear of failure kept her from taking the first step.

 

She spent hours searching for the right brushes, paints, techniques, and canvases—anything that could help her get started. But even with all that research, it still felt like there was so much more to figure out. She knew she needed a guide to help her navigate the creative journey.  She applied and got accepted to Texas Tech where she majored in Fine Art.  There were many sleepless night working on painting assignments where she questioned whether her painting skills were good enough. 

 

After earning her degree in illustration, Corina finally had the tools and confidence to embrace her love of painting. But more importantly, she realized that so many others were feeling the same way she had—lost and unsure of where to begin. That’s when she decided to create something to help: simple, anxiety free painting themes in easy-to-follow painting kits.
