Shipping policy

Processing Time
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 2 pm central time will be processed the next day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Zones
We ship to all U.S. states, including the following:
- Continental United States (all 50 states)
- **Alaska and Hawaii** (additional charges may apply)
- **P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses** (please note, certain restrictions may apply to delivery)

Shipping Rates - Flat Rate
- **Standard Shipping (3-7 business days):
     Below $20:               $5
     $20.01 - $30:          $7.50
     $30.01 - $49.95:    $9.95

- **Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days):**  Call for Rates
- **Overnight Shipping (1 business day):**          Call for Rates

Free Shipping
- Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $50 to any location within the U.S. (**Alaska and Hawaii** (additional charges may apply))

Delivery Time
- Delivery times vary based on your location. Typically, orders within Texas will arrive faster (usually 1-3 business days).
- Orders outside of Texas typically take 3-7 business days for standard shipping.

Carrier
We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx for reliable and timely delivery of your order.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address when completing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to re-ship the order.

Missing or Damaged Items

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping, but we are working on expanding to global delivery in the future.
