  What is the return policy?

There is a 100% Money Back Guarantee on the amount for the un-used, un-damaged painting kit. Shipping cost for returning the product is the customer's responsibility unless there was a product defect.

Can I request different colors?

As much as we would like to accommodate everyones' requests, our kit instructions are based on the pre-chosen palette.  Having said that, we encourage you as an artist to get creative and mix the colors to make the color palette your own.  

How long will the paints last in the paint pods?

Paints may last up to 4 months in optimal condition which include - paint pods being closed correctly and being stored in cool dry area.

Can the paint wash off of clothes?

The washable paint kits can; however, the painting kits with acrylic are permanent and is the reason we include a disposal apron.

How long does take to ship?

It normally takes 1-2 days to fulfillment.  If you choose the standard shipping for $5 the shipping is normally 3 - 6 days.  If you select the UPS ground, it normally is 1 - 5 days depending on your location. There are also other shipping options for faster delivery.
