What are the benefits of painting as a team-building activity?

Do participants need to be artists to participate in painting team-building activities?

No, participants do not need to be experienced artists. We provide either an painting instructor that will teach the group in person or remotely or have printed instruction. Additional most all of your paint option are pre-sketch to make it enjoyable and fun for everyone.

Are there any specific themes for a painting team-building session?

Many clients have themes that tie into the company’s mission, vision, or values, such as building unity, innovation, or growth. Teams may also create abstract or metaphorical representations of their goals, fostering reflection and deeper connection with their work environment.

What if we have no idea what concept to come up with for our theme?

This is where we shine on brainstorming the perfect theme and emailing it to you for your approval.

How long does a typical painting team-building session last?

Painting team-building sessions typically last between 1 to 3 hours, depending on the complexity of the activity. Shorter sessions are focused on simpler tasks, while longer sessions allow for more detailed projects

How does the painting team-building session work?

We work with clients all over the country.  Some have us fly in for their group, others will have us instruct via Zoom and other will simply purchase the painting kits to do on their own.  For virtual Zoom instructed session or do it yourself kits we simply mail you the necessary supplies which includes everything - canvas, easel, apron, paints and brushes.
